                      STAYING HEALTHY:BENEFITS OF DRINKING WATER
HELLO!!another health section,what's the essence of life if your not healthy?I think we all know the answer..you can't be on a hospital bed and rock your designers,neither would you ride your latest collection of cars... So it's important to stay healthy, and the good news is you don't really need to stress much to stay healthy,just a little touch here and there and you are good to go....I need a glass of water, I'll be right back!
                                    
Heeeyy!I found a bottle instead of a glass, makes it even better... Now, that was enough to stay healthy. Water is a very essential substance we need in life, infact,Water is said to be "LIFE"....And it's very common to get, water is only gotten from water,no other source...soft drinks,beverages,coffee etc,don't give you water instead it steals tremendous amount of water from the body.It is said that water could serve as miracle cure for certain ailment such as headache,fatigue,pain,etc.Taking water always and especially first thing in the morning immediately you wake up without eating anything for the next 40-45mins is more like a blessing to your soul,and it should be a regular practice,it keeps you healthy and you notice you don't fall ill as usual.
Water makes up 80% of our blood,80% of our brain and 70% of our lean muscle,lack of water in the body could be bad as it leads to dehydration,it could trigger daytime fatigue,while 2% drop in body water could lead to frizzy short term memory and difficulty in focusing on the computer screen or a printed page.
                           
Benefits of water:
The level of oxygen in our bloodstream increases when the body is well hydrated.A normal person is supposed to consume 1.5litres of water per day.The threshold of drinking water enables to balance water loss and keeps one's body properly hydrated.
• Water is a carrier, it distributes essential nutrients like proteins,vitamins,etc to the cells of the body.
• Water removes waste products from the body such as toxins and heavy metals in form of urine and faeces,atimes through sweat.
• Water has a large heat capacity,it serves as a regulator which helpls limit changes in body temperature in a warm or cold environment.it allows the body to release heat when ambient tempertaure is higher than body temperature.
• Water serves as an effective lubricant around the joints,it also acts as a shock absorber for eyes,brain,spinal cord and even the foetus through amniotic fluid.
• Water keeps your skin glowing when your body is constantly hydrated.
There is a long list of the benefits of water and i could keep going on and on...But with these little we have gotten to understand  water is very important and lack of water could lead to body crisis..So of i were you i would be screaming for Water!water!!water!!!at the top of my lungs because that cheap commodity is actually a life changer..Make early morning intake of water a habit,you could start with a glass until you graduate from just 1 glass to 2 glasses and let the benefits keep rolling...but for the records grab a cup of water now and gulp down like your life depends on it*...well i dont need to emphasis on that because the weather is doing a better job than i am..lolz..Enjoy the rest of your day and step up to the water challenge..hippeee!!!
