I would have remained at home all cosy and decked up,than deciding to jog after skipping it for how long.Now I can't feel my legs am so going to sleep all through..Dont mind me i was kidding,but seriously some of us ladies dont understand the benefits of exercising,stretching and keeping fit...Its a healthy practise and yet some of us arent religious about it,now thats where i come in,am also guilty of that... while some dont even practice it at all.

Jogging as an exercise has many benefits:
It benefits you mentally,physically and socially,infact it reaches to your mind,body and spirit.Everyone knows exercises promotes weight loss but jogging does just more than Weight loss.It makes you maintain your weight also.And about the mental,social and physical benefits:
Physically,jogging makes you keep fit, your stamina increases making you feel confident about yourself.
Mentally,jogging enables the release of endorphins into your body and blood making you feel a bit calmer and happier.this helps in relieving stress.
Socially,when your calmer and happier, it benefits people around you.You find yourself relating better with people,infact jogging improves your emotional state happiness.so you can agree with me that there's a lot benefit to jogging than just weight loss.

Jogging is a steady intense aerobics that increases your lungs capacity by sending enough oxygen into the lungs for it's activities.it also decreases the risk of high blood pressure,and heart disease...Your no longer at risk of having a heart disease because jogging helps in burning excessive fat and cholesterol that would have blocked the arteries that sends blood into the heart.Jogging also makes you look younger and your skin looks healthier and glows because it makes you feel dehydrated and there is much intake of water on your side..if I keep going on and on,someone would hop into the field right now for a 30mins jog..Lolz,this is just to mention but a few benefits so why don't you make it a habit starting from today..Its no biggie if your obesed,fat or slim or skinny or whicheva size,and for those who think they are slim already so what do I need jogging for..well sweetheart if your already slim still hop on the treadmill or jog because you won't be losing any additional weight since there is no fat to burn but instead you build your stamina and muscle mass and still get the benefits of looking younger and healthier and for those who are chubby like me,yea!pardon me if I refuse to use the word "Fat"..hahahahaha,you can be certain of weight loss if you jog consistently and feel more confident about your body and yourself,but trust me your amazing the way you are,so no excuse, make it a habit today..have a blessed week ahead and make sure you go to church tomorrow...
